Laser Marking Machine Process
Laser marking refers to what happens when a light beam interacts with the surface of a material to slightly change its characteristics or appearance. This is achieved by slowly moving a low-power beam over the material using a method called discoloration, which produces high-contrast marks without damaging the material. The laser heats the material, causing subsurface oxidation and blackening the material. It applies low temperature to the metal to anneal the surface. Fiber Laser Engraver Process
Laser engraving is a process in which a laser beam physically removes the surface of the material to expose a cavity where images can be displayed at eye level. The laser generates high heat during the engraving process, which actually causes the material to evaporate. This is a fast process because each pulse vaporizes the material. This creates a cavity on the surface that is perceptible to the naked eye and touch. To form deeper marks on the laser engraving machine, please repeat several times.
